The Board of Directors of the Community Waterfront Heritage Centre has decided that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the museum will not re-open to the public for the 2020 Season. You can still enjoy the outdoor artifacts, large and small, on the east and north side of the former CN Station. Watch for more information on exciting new initiatives coming soon.
During the season, the Heritage Centre is open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is by donation.
Thank you supporting the Waterfront Heritage Centre.
Each time you visit, please sign the guest book.
Have you climbed aboard the caboose to see what one looks like inside?
Have you had a chance to visit Coach 4884?
Welcome to the former CN Rail Station. The entrance to the museum is through the Owen Sound Tourism Office. The building is air-conditioned in summer.
The museum is wheelchair accessible but the caboose and CN Coach 4884 are not.
