SUMMARY:Tea on the Train
DESCRIPTION:Join us at the CWHC on our historic Coach 4884 for the return of Tea on the Train! We are hosting three teas in partnership with the Reach Centre to nourish your body and mind. Tickets include tea and treats prepared and served by Reach to be enjoyed alongside a presentation by CWHC Curator Zack McLean\, with a new subject at each tea. \nJoin us on August 1st for Everyday Historians. While many people\, events\, and organizations have dedicated biographers\, photographers\, and records\, much of our understanding of the past also comes from the regular folks who lived through the events that became history. Climb aboard Coach 4884 on August 1st to find out how the study of history on South Georgian Bay has benefited from the belongings and records created by people living their regular lives. \nEach tea will begin at 2:00pm. Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased at the CWHC or online here.

It only makes sense to start off with a presentation of what service looked like on cars like Coach 4884 back when they still provided service from Owen Sound.
